Shipping policy

At KidoPop, we ship happiness across India!

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹[49] applies, shown at checkout.

Prepaid orders only: All orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, or net banking. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Tracking: Once shipped, track your order anytime using the link in your confirmation message. If tracking hasn't updated for 3+ days, write to us at kidopop33@gmail.com.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your address and pin code at checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
